TicketFlow
IT support tickets where your team already is: in Slack.
TicketFlow turns a Slack form into a complete ticket system: every request becomes a Trello card with ticket ID, urgency, screenshot and e-mail notification — run on your infrastructure, with no additional SaaS.
Challenge
Support requests arrive by direct message, hallway conversation or e-mail — and get lost in exactly those places. A classic ticket system brings yet another interface, more logins and per-agent licence fees that are hard to justify for a small IT team. Staff end up not using it, and IT is back to chasing and searching.
Solution
TicketFlow connects the tools your business already pays for: a form in Slack takes the request, TicketFlow automatically creates a Trello card with a sequential ticket ID and urgency category, attaches screenshots and notifies both the requester and the IT team by e-mail. Cards left untouched for too long are moved and escalated automatically. The service runs as a Windows service or Docker container inside your network.
Why it matters
No new interface
Staff report issues in Slack, the IT team works in Trello. Nobody has to learn another tool or maintain another login.
No additional SaaS
TicketFlow uses the Slack and Trello APIs of your existing subscriptions and runs on your own infrastructure — no data with yet another provider.
Nothing gets stuck
Sequential ticket IDs, urgency levels and automatic escalation of stale cards keep every request traceable.
One service, several departments
A second form can write to a different board — transport orders for logistics, for example — with the same installation.
Features
Slack form
A structured form directly in Slack with title, description, urgency category and screenshot upload.
Trello card with ticket ID
Every request becomes a card on the support board — with a sequential ID in the format [T-XXXX], urgency marking and all form content.
Screenshot attachments
Images uploaded in Slack are attached to the Trello card so the IT team sees the problem straight away.
E-mail notifications
Requesters receive a confirmation with the ticket ID, the IT team a message with all details.
Deduplicated notifications
Multiple events on the same card trigger only one message — no notification flood during rapid status changes.
Automatic escalation
Cards that remain untouched for a defined period are moved and reported automatically.
Several forms, several boards
Additional forms can be routed to their own boards — for example transport orders for the logistics department.
Windows service or Docker
Runs as a Windows service or as a Docker container inside your company, with no server at a third party.
How it works
Request in Slack
An employee opens the form in Slack, describes the problem, selects the urgency and attaches a screenshot if needed.
Card in Trello
TicketFlow creates the card on the right board, assigns the next ticket ID and marks the urgency.
Notification
Requester and IT team receive an e-mail with ticket ID and details.
Follow-up
The IT team works the card in Trello; if it goes stale, TicketFlow moves and escalates it automatically.
In practice
TicketFlow is in productive use at a manufacturer with two sites — for IT support and, via a second form, for the transport orders of the logistics department, which are routed to their own board.
Who it's for
For IT teams and internal service functions in businesses that already use Slack and Trello and want traceable ticket handling without an additional helpdesk subscription and without per-agent licences.
Tech & operation
Runs as a Windows service or Docker container in your network; connects through the official Slack and Trello APIs and your mail server for notifications. No additional SaaS account is created and no server at BEYWARE is involved.
Pricing & model
TicketFlow is offered as a flat licence per Slack workspace — no per-user or per-agent fees. Optionally we take care of setup and adapting forms and boards. Price on request.
FAQ
We already have Slack and Trello — do we really need TicketFlow? +
On their own, Slack and Trello are not ticket systems: they lack sequential IDs, structured intake, notifications to requesters and escalation of stale tasks. TicketFlow adds exactly this layer without introducing a third tool.
Where does the data run? +
TicketFlow runs in your network and talks only to the Slack and Trello accounts you already use and to your mail server. There is no BEYWARE server in between.
Is TicketFlow available now? +
TicketFlow is in early access (beta) and in productive use at a manufacturer with two sites. Form, cards, ticket IDs, notifications and escalation are proven in daily use; setting up additional forms and boards is currently something we do as part of the setup.
