Software we built ourselves
Born from real projects, proven in production: products you can get directly from BEYWARE — pragmatic, self-hostable.
Atrium
Your intranet. Your server. Your rules.
The self-hosted digital-workplace portal for businesses — running entirely on your Windows Server, with no cloud dependency and no per-seat licensing.
- → Data sovereignty by design. Every record lives in a directory on your own server; backup is a simple file copy, making on-premise data residency structural rather than contractual.
- → No per-seat cost. A flat infrastructure fee — whether 50 or 500 staff, the licence does not scale with your headcount.
- → Genuine AD integration. Atrium reads from your on-premise Active Directory and writes back via PowerShell, keeping the directory and IT assets a single source of truth.
PlannerBridge
Trello to Microsoft Planner. Every card. No loss.
PlannerBridge migrates your entire Trello workspace into Microsoft Planner — with a complete preview before a single record is written.
- → See before you migrate. The dry-run simulates the entire migration with zero API writes — what you preview is exactly what gets created.
- → No silent data loss. Archived cards, overflowing checklists and over-long titles are preserved and disclosed, never quietly dropped.
- → Crash-safe and resumable. Every Trello source ID is mapped to its created Microsoft 365 ID, so re-running after a throttle or interruption resumes without duplicates.
LeadScout
Find target companies. Add contacts. All on your PC.
LeadScout is a local Windows desktop app for lead research: find companies by region and category, add contact persons from their websites, match against your own customer list and export to Excel.
- → Everything stays on your PC. LeadScout runs without a server and without a cloud account. Apart from the requests to the Google Places API and — if enabled — to the LLM service, no information leaves your machine; your customer list least of all.
- → No duplicates in your pipeline. Matching against your existing customer list flags known companies before they end up as a new lead in the Excel export.
- → Contact persons, not just addresses. LeadScout delivers more than company name and phone number: it extracts contact persons directly from the company website — team pages, imprint, contact pages.
TicketFlow
IT support tickets where your team already is: in Slack.
TicketFlow turns a Slack form into a complete ticket system: every request becomes a Trello card with ticket ID, urgency, screenshot and e-mail notification — run on your infrastructure, with no additional SaaS.
- → No new interface. Staff report issues in Slack, the IT team works in Trello. Nobody has to learn another tool or maintain another login.
- → No additional SaaS. TicketFlow uses the Slack and Trello APIs of your existing subscriptions and runs on your own infrastructure — no data with yet another provider.
- → Nothing gets stuck. Sequential ticket IDs, urgency levels and automatic escalation of stale cards keep every request traceable.
AssetTag
Every device. One QR code. One scan to the record.
AssetTag is a self-hosted, QR-based asset management system for IT and production: register devices, machines and tools, print labels, document maintenance, keep depreciation in view — with full-text search, reporting and Excel export.
- → From label to record. QR labels are generated and printed directly from AssetTag; a scan with a smartphone leads to the complete device record.
- → IT and production in one system. Laptops and monitors as well as machines, measuring equipment and tools — with shared search, shared filters and one reporting view.
- → Maintenance and depreciation made traceable. Maintenance entries and depreciation logic per asset show what is due and what is still on the books.
