Process automation and systems integration
An automated process needs a clear trigger, reliable data and a defined end state. BEYWARE connects these steps through interfaces and custom software. We focus on recurring handovers between people and systems, where information is currently copied, sorted or entered again.
When it is a good fit
For businesses with a recurring workflow and sufficiently similar cases: routing enquiries, passing data between applications or connecting digital payment to a physical system. We first assess the interfaces available in existing applications.
What we clarify first
An unstable or unclear process should be simplified first. Automation cannot resolve conflicting responsibilities. For postings, payments and other consequential actions, checks and approvals are defined before implementation.
What you receive
A defined workflow
Triggers, inputs, rules, responsible people and expected outputs are documented. Exceptions receive their own path.
Appropriate connections
APIs and webhooks connect applications. If standard interfaces are unavailable, we assess a custom integration and its maintenance requirements.
Traceable error handling
Duplicate events, missing data and unavailable systems inform the design. We agree who detects and resolves operational failures.
From first discussion to pilot
- 01
Observe
Trace the workflow using actual examples and handovers.
- 02
Simplify
Identify unnecessary steps and unclear responsibilities.
- 03
Connect
Implement the integration with agreed test cases.
- 04
Compare
Compare processing time, rework and exceptions before and after the pilot.
A look at our work
From web checkout to vending machine
BEYWARE Vend connects a QR shop, payment status and a machine interface. The prototype illustrates why successful payment and actual dispensing are separate events. Hardware compatibility and payment operation are assessed for each pilot.

Does process automation always require AI?
No. Explicit business rules can often be programmed directly. AI may be appropriate when interpreting free text. Both approaches can be combined in one workflow.
Can we keep our existing systems?
That is the aim of the interface assessment. We inspect APIs, webhooks, export formats and access rights. Feasibility also depends on interface stability and the provider’s terms.
How do we evaluate value?
We recommend comparing processing time, manual handovers and corrections before and after the change. Specific savings can only be derived from the workflow being assessed.
What would you like to solve?
Describe the current workflow, the systems involved and your desired result. We will discuss whether and how implementation makes sense.
